Northwest Bar Night – “Beer, Big Hunks & Busted Spouses” (ep26)

It already has a nice chocolate or coffee note, so we decided to go all the way with the Northwest-made Porter we have at the bar tonight.  The beer is really good, but the night gets better when we pair the beers with our favorite trick-or-treat candy.  We’re REALLY ready for Halloween now!

Enjoy this edition of Northwest Bar Night as we taste two products, offer our first impressions, then play a game to better describe these great beverages.  And we do it all from the confines of “The Factory Luxe” at the Old Rainier Brewery, a piece of local brewing history!  Don’t forget to include our hashtags when you tweet about @NWBarNight:  #DrinkLocal  #Beer  #Porter  #HomeOfTheWhopper

This Episode’s Category:  Porter

Remember, this is a blind tasting.  We only identify the drinks as “Green” and “Blue.”  Once the panel tastes the drinks and picks a favorite, we reveal what they’re drinking.

If you want to be surprised, STOP READING HERE and go watch the show!
